Adult Day Care (DTA/DTT)

Life Changing Adult Day and After school programs are to provide activities that promotes independence and self-esteem, thus improving an individual’s quality of life. The goal forms the basis for individual and group programs, providing direction and quality services for each person’s unique potential.

The activities and programs are:

  • Community outings/ Recreational activities
  • Communication & social skill
  • Wellness, fitness, & Music
  • Financial management skill
  • Reading and Homework
  • Computer skills development
  • Arts, crafts & Games
  • Hygiene and Grooming skill

Summer Program (DTT-Child Summer)

Summer Programming provides weekday options for school-aged children with developmental disabilities (ages 3-21).

The program is designed to develop and enhance recreational, interpersonal relationships, and life skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Attendant Care

This service provides assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living. Personal care providers may only provide service to one client at a time.

Non-Medical Transportation

We provide transportation to and from DTA and DTT programs, Doctor’s appointments, and all our transport staffs have their driving records on file, and they are trained to provide consumer specific services.

Respite Care

Services given to individuals unable to care for themselves; provided on a short-term basis because of the absence of the primary care giver. Respite care can include feeding, bathing and other necessary care needed.

CBE: Center Base Employment Service

Provide consumers with gainful, productive, paid work and support consumers in developing skills, abilities and behaviors that will enable them to most fully realize their vocational aspirations and support their transition into a more integrated employment setting if they desire.

GSE: Group Supported Employment

Provide consumers the opportunity to work in an environment that allows for maximum interaction among diverse populations, productive, and paid work. To support consumers in developing skills, abilities and behaviors that will enable them to most fully realize their vocational aspirations.

Habilitation Care

This service provides a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of consumers. Services may include but are not limited to: Habilitation therapies, special development skills, behavior intervention, and sensory-motor development.
